Question: How do I book a valet?
Answer: You can book your valet on our booking page.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: You can pay online using any major credit or debit card or you can pay once your valet is complete on a card or using cash.

Question: Can I cancel my valet after I’ve booked?
Answer: Yes, simply access your booking via our app or using your confirmation email and our system will allow you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please note that you need to give us a minimum of 3 days notice prior to cancelling.

Question: Can I reschedule my valet after I’ve booked?
Answer: Yes, simply access your booking via our app or using your confirmation email and our system will allow you to reschedule to a time that suits you.

Question: How much is a valet?
Answer: Please see our price list here.

Question: Do you have to pay for a wash in addition to a paint treatment?
Answer: No! The great news is the wash is included in the package.

Question: What’s the difference between a micro abrasive polish and a machine polish?
Answer: A micro abrasive polish is a single stage hand polish that preps paintwork for a Wax based paint protection.

Question: Can I book multiple cars in?
Answer: Yes! Simply select our multi-car option when booking.

Question: Is there any discount for booking in multiple cars at the same address?
Answer: We don’t offer a discount for one off valets but we offer a fantastic range of discounts & promotions to our CLUB URBAN VALET members, take a look at our member benefits.

Question: Do you cover North Yorkshire?
Answer: Not currently, please see our coverage map for details of our current areas covered.

Question: Are you Mobile?
Answer:  We are indeed! We can valet your car at your home, place of work or anywhere else convenient.

Question: Do you need access to water and electricity?
Answer: No, we provide our own water & electricity

Question: Do you valet motorbikes?
Answer: Yes we do. Please message us with the make, model, age & any special requirements and we will be in touch.

Question: When is your soonest appointment?
Answer: When you book your valet, you’ll be able to see all our available appointments.

Question: Can I book my car in for regular valets?
Answer: Yes! Our membership allows you to choose a recurring valet. You can select every week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Take a look at our member benefits.
